-We will gather in the front parking lot
-6 to 8pm
-Light dinner provided (hot dogs, chips, drinks)

-Every year, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) puts on a national event called Fields of Faith. This event is hosted at many campuses (and some churches!) for the purpose of providing encouragement, testimony, praise and a clear Gospel presentation to students and athletes in our local schools. This year, Rockdale County is pleased to partner with Discover Point Church and Eastside Baptist Church to participate in this national event happening on the same night all across the US. Join us as we praise Jesus, play games, eat some hot dogs and hear the Gospel of Jesus (by FCA’s own Marvin Hammonds) presented to our community.

This will replace our ESM activities at Eastside for this Wednesday night (October 12) only. Regular Wednesday ESM services will resume October 19 at Eastside at 6pm.

Any questions can be directed toward Caleb Halstead (calebh@myeastside.net, 678-654-3178)

Girls Night

We can’t wait for Holy Spirit to pour into our girls through Abby that night!
-Our friend, Shelly McWilliams will be in attendance to lead our girls in musical worship. Her passion to praise God and live unashamed for Jesus is inspiring! The time of worship will be powerful!
-Discussion and personal prayer will be a large part of the evening. We’re expecting great things!
-Admission is free but we do ask that you provide dinner for your girls before dropping them off. A light breakfast will be provided the next morning, as well.

Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park

Hey Parents,

This Sunday we will be heading over to Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Suwanee. We’ll load up after church and head over to Arby’s for lunch. From there, we’ll drive to Suwanee and jump from 3:00-4:30pm. Once all the students have no energy left, we’ll bring them to you! We should arrive back at the Eastside campus around 5:30.

Cost to jump is $20 plus the cost of lunch at Arby’s. All middle and high school students will ride with an adult who is 21 years of age or older.

When we return, we will NOT have an activity night that night so please plan to pick up your students at 5:30 as there will not be any program at the church for them that night.

IMPORTANT: WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD (under 18) TO JUMP. The waiver can be filled out electronically at the following link:
