Sr. Pastor About my family: My wife, Lynn and I have been married for 26 years. We are blessed with 4 children. Caleb (22) is our Student Pastor; Sara Lynn (19) is a hair stylist; Hannah (16) is in 11th grade and Leah (12) is a 6th grader. Favorite food: Japanese, I love Steak & Shrimp How many cities I have lived in: 14 cities, some twice and 17 moves. Longest in one place: here, McDonough; 9 years Favorite Bible verse: 1 Cor. 15:59 Something people might not naturally know about me: I played the trumpet, trombone and clarinet for short time in Elementary School and then played drums in High School. I am not at all musically talented. Favorite Outdoor Activity: I just started fly fishing and I love it!! Let me know if you fly fish too. Pastor of Worship About my family: We are just a fun-loving, musical family. Married to Lisa (Schultheis) Phelps for 30 years. Blessed with four children- Stuart (27), Stefen (23), Anna Grace (21), and Seth (18). Stuart and Stefen have both “left the nest,” with Stefen being newly married to Kara (Dumala) Phelps. Favorite food: Would have to be Mexican!! How many cities I have lived in: Would you believe 19? Favorite Bible verse: John 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.” (NASB) Something people might not naturally know about me: I’m the oldest of four (3 boys and 1 girl). The main reason I’ve lived in 19 cities is because my father was in the military (Army). We lived in Germany for six years and in three different places. My sister was born in Germany. My Hobbies: Sky-diving, Rock-climbing, and Bungee-jumping. (Not really, but had you going there for a minute, huh?) When I am most aware of God’s presence in my life: Upon reading His Word and He speaks to me. Upon seeing His beautiful handiwork in nature and realizing that only my God could have created this. Sometimes when listening to certain music the sense of beauty is so overwhelming, it reminds me of Him. |

Director of Missions About my family: I am married to a wonderful woman named Tina. We live in McDonough, GA. I have three married children- two daughters, one son, and 11 grandchildren. Favorite food: Philly Cheesesteaks How many cities I have lived in: Three – Springfield, PA; Forest Park, GA; and McDonough, GA Favorite Bible verse: Acts 1:8 “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria and to the end of the Earth.” (NKJV) Something people might not naturally know about me: I am a very detail-oriented person who likes to have everything planned out.
